With determination to redefine Thai Dried Fruit into whole new level of Thai Culinary Fruit Snack and Snacking Experience, NOIR'D crafts this Soft Dried Mangosteen, also known as Queen of Fruit and exotic fruit in Thailand into dried version and sprinkle with Himalayan Salt to add the layer of tastes - achieving the tangy, mildly sweet and salty balance in every bite. Also, inspired by the Anuga's seminar session in 2023, NOIR'D is very motivated to blending "flavour strategy" into our products.
