Beef carpaccio enriched with seaweed
Beef carpaccio enriched with 25% added seaweed. This step has been taken specifically to reduce CO2 emissions. European legislation was due to come into force in 2024, requiring all beef processors to implement CO2 reductions. This legislation has been postponed, but we are still ready for it. The result is a particularly tasty carpaccio, in which the seaweed both adds flavour and reduces CO2 emissions. An additional benefit is, the saving of millions of liters water and agricultural land.
