Welcome to the presentation of new products by Anuga exhibitors and to the "Anuga taste Innovation Show"!

There are no limits to new ideas in the food and beverage industry. Hardly any audience is more interested when it comes to new creations than visitors to Anuga. In order to make it easier for the trade and the media, in particular, to track down important innovations from the sector, Koelnmesse is making this innovation tool available to all exhibitors. The exhibitors themselves decide whether their new products are to be published here before the fair or only at the fair itself.

The Website
A redesigned website enables the top innovations to be presented optimally on smartphones and tablet computers. This makes it easy for the trade and press to obtain information online and contact you directly.

Registration is easy as 1, 2, 3
On the following pages you can enter your company data and products and also upload one image per product. Please note that a maximum of five products can be put online per registration.

Jury selection
Also take part in the selection for the "Anuga taste Innovation Show": Once again this year, a competent jury will select the best and most innovative products from all the new products that will be shown at the "Anuga taste Innovation Show". All selected products will also be presented exclusively on the Anuga homepage and introduced to the press. Criteria will be innovative character, aspects of sustainability, creative idea (special look or special forms), benefit for consumers and product quality.

The application deadline for the "Anuga taste Innovation Show" is 8 September 2023. If you have entered your products in the innovation tool by 8 September 2023, you will automatically take part in the competition.

In Mid-September, you will be informed by e-mail whether your product is one of the winners.

Of course, you can also use the Innovation Tool as a free service after the application deadline for the "Anuga taste Innovation Show" and enter up to five products.

The winners of the innovation competition will be presented to the public at Anuga.
